Tim Hortons partners with Special Olympics Canada to create Special Olympics Donut for Global Day of Inclusion

Help support Special Olympics athletes by purchasing the Special Olympics Donut on July 20 – all proceeds support Special Olympics programs nationwide

On Saturday, July 20, Tim Hortons and Special Olympics Canada are releasing a limited edition donut to support and celebrate Global Day of Inclusion

Global Day of Inclusion began in 2018 and together Tim Hortons and Special Olympics Canada are raising awareness to empower 47,500 Canadians with intellectual disabilities to reach their full potential

This year’s donut was created by 26-year-old Special Olympics athlete Tori Ranson, whose creation was chosen from more than 400 submissions.

Tori’s donut features a cruller sliced in half and filled with whipped topping and is decorated with vanilla fondant and red sprinkles.

Tori is an active member of the Georgetown and Milton Special Olympics clubs.
